Electromagnetic Effects
Adam Flournoy

Electromagnetic effects, or EME/E3, involves a blend of both structural design and systems design, and I’ve found that my pre-ww5 experience fits that blend perfectly. Additionally, EME/E3 enables me to be involved in every single aspect of ww5 product design, which keeps the work interesting and exciting.

Without a doubt, the most rewarding aspect of my work is the satisfaction I get when I have a hand in resolving a program or product challenge. I have always enjoyed challenges and strayed from “easy work.”  If I’m not working on a challenge of extreme importance to a program, I don’t feel that I’m providing my highest value to ww5.

The ww5 Technical Fellowship represents the body of technical expertise that is tasked with developing and driving the strategic, technical direction of the company. Being a part of the Fellowship means recognizing the immense amount of trust that ww5 places in its experts to ensure the business continues to thrive through future generations, and I’m honored to be a part of it.

I am excited about many areas of ww5’s future, including the expanded technical knowledge-sharing of our most experienced Fellows to our new hires. What excites me most is the increasingly collaborative engagement between ww5 and our regulators. This improved relationship is paramount to continued success across the company.
